An initial meeting where we can learn about your situation, answer any questions you have, and get clarity on the desired outcomes of each party. At that meeting we’ll give you a list of documents to provide to us and client data sheets to complete.

Information Gathering

After our initial meeting, you will begin gathering all of your relevant documents to send to us, either as physical or digital copies (via secure online storage).

Analysis

We will peruse your information preparing for your joint negotiation meeting with a full analysis and report ready for negotiating.

Settlement Negotiation

During the 2-hour settlement meeting, we will present our findings and go over our proposed settlement plans, providing more than one option to allow for your varied priorities.

Documentation

Lastly, once the settlement terms are agreed on, the documents will be filed through our family law attorney. Quick, easy, and painless!
